Free ClockTap toolkit for Philippine teams.

Small tools for the questions that come up when you run a shift-based team here — what a holiday costs, which days are holidays at all, and which rate applies once overtime and night hours pile on top. No account, no email, nothing to install. We build them because they are the same rules ClockTap already applies to attendance.

If you are still counting hours by hand, see how an attendance tracker for the Philippines separates tracked hours into these same categories, ready to export.

The rate table, in one screen.

What one hour of work costs on each kind of day, as a percentage of the employee's ordinary hourly rate. Overtime means any hour past the eighth. Night differential adds another 10% on top of whichever figure applies, for hours worked between 10 PM – 6 AM.

Rates follow the Labor Code as summarised in the DOLE Handbook on Workers' Statutory Monetary Benefits. A company policy or collective agreement can pay more than these figures, never less. These tools are a planning aid, not legal or accounting advice — check anything unusual with DOLE or your accountant.

These formulas need hours you can trust.

ClockTap counts them for you — clock-ins, lates, approved overtime and night hours, split by day type and exported payroll-ready. Free for your first 5 employees.
